We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@byvelle.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at support@byvelle.co within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
