All sales are final. Because our tools are designed for personal use and come into contact with skin, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, we've got you covered if something goes wrong.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked. Just reach out with your order number and a photo of the issue.
